I took out a loan with Babereki around 2017, left Work Force group 2018.

I settled the outstanding balance of the loan May 2019.

I spoke and sent several emails to the below people and department namely: Meryl Du Plessis <***> *** Nicole Sibiya <*** ***; regarding my ITC score being affected because they have not updated my profile on ITC.

Its more than 3 months know of pleading with them to no success .They even provided me with a paid up letter but they are taking their own time updating my profile and its affecting me dearly .
