Bad customer service
I took a loan as a student back in 2020, 6 years later it still appears on my credit score as active , a loan that was paid up years and years ago.
I wonder why you all do this to your customers.

Your Babereki account; matter 159771-1 was handed over to Debtworx collections agency for further handling in December 2020 as your account defaulted due to non-payment. Babereki was not privy to your dealings and arrangements with Debtworx. We have recently obtained confirmation that you settled your account with Debtworx mid-year 2021.
We will ensure to request ITC clearance and provide you with necessary confirmation thereof.
