Dissapointing experience

It has honestly been such a disappointing and unprofessional experience dealing with Babenique

My order for one custom item was confirmed on 11 March 2025 and to date I have not received the product, an alternative or even a refund.

I have been reaching out and following up constantly even confirming that I would be open to taking a different colour in the product however still nothing....

My messages are now being ignored As an expecting mom I am now tired of having to constantly follow up on an order that was approved a month ago....
