Apathy abounds

It scares me that the people who work for Bab**** Plant have so little interest in what they do! With a Group turnover of 4.4 Billion Pounds, I would be pretty certain that very little of that is generated in South Africa, and if they do generate income here, it is totally by default, and largely by accident! There seems to be no mechanism in place for even addressing the apathy with any of the management team, but there again, the fish rots from the head down, does it not. If you phone the switchboard and get "put through" to their extensions, they do not answer, their cell phones go straight to voicemail and the mailboxes are full. They do not answer their emails. Short of telepathy, I believe I have exhausted all avenues. This begs the question as to whether these sterling employees will be requesting an annual bonus, and if so, what on earth could their justification be?
