Worst service ever!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

This must be the worst service we have ever received from a international trading business, @BAB****, we bought your machines but now you are failing to supply the parts! We have always struggled with Bab**** to get parts, but now its seems completely impossible! I think it will be faster to import parts yourself before ordering from bab****! With that said their communication is even worse.

Our order was placed mid April, we are now in mid September, 5 months on and we still not even sure where our parts are??!! how do you expect us to run a business like this!!??

My question, is there any sort of management in this very large business that can assist to sort this out? we are losing clients and business because you cant deliver a basic requirement! Please, if you are failing to mange the dealership, say so and pass it on to someone will to assist their customers!
