BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST

I was there recently. Rooms need some revamp, the one we got had some web (🕸️) on the corners, we asked to be changed to a better room, we were moved to another one. The bathroom had some dirty water, we ended up driving to clicks at Nquthu town (which is also far from the place) for some medication at clicks, as we had some rashes after bathing. A lot needs to be improved. And worst of all, the receptionist lady has some unprofessional behavior (short, dark lady with some braids, who did something unprofessional, which I won't disclose), I also don't know who gave her a permission to ***** and privately chat with customes or is it part of their Code of Conduct. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, due to bad service I have received from that place and that lady.😡
