BAD SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTMENT

I was there in 3 months ago. Rooms need some revamp, the one we got had some web (🕸️) on the corners, we asked to be changed to a better room, we were moved to another one. The bathroom had some dirty water, we ended up driving to clicks at Nquthu town (which is also far from the place) for some medication at clicks, as we had some rashes after bathing. A lot needs to be improved. And worst of all, the receptionist lady has some unprofessional behavior (short, dark lady with some braids, who did something unprofessional, which I won't disclose). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, due to bad service I have received from that place and that lady.😡
