Ignoring to refund as promised

I had a dress made for my daughter by the company Babadoo& Co which I received 27th February 2025.When the dress was delivered it came with not all the accessories(butterflies)of the dress as agreed.The seamstress then agreed to refund me R999 the amount that she had charged for this particular set on the 1st April 2025 as that service was not provided for. It is now 15th April I have tried calls,whatsapp which she reads and doesn't respond and have sent her the email too. This owner Chantell Human I think is used to this practice and needs to b called to order. Its so amazing how it’s so easy for some people to take your hard earned money, but to deliver goods that they agreed to delivering is a problem. So we must suffer for her greed… people who take advantage of other people’s kindness like her are the ones that make this world an evil place.
