Disappointed by Baah Fashion Mahikeng.

On 2024-07-31, I bought and paid R430 for a graduation belt, the amount included PAXI. I explained thoroughly to the Male person whom I placed my order with; that I want a belt for which qualification, College and institution.

On my Graduation day (2024-10-08) at UNISA, I was returned at the door due to the belt being incorrect.

I paid R200 to hire a belt from House of graduates and left my driving licence as a collateral.

I later contacted the Baah Fashion to explain the ordeal, I only wanted them to exchange the belt with a correct one because my brother is also going to use it upon his Graduation.

I was told that I will be told upon the next Graduation season to send it back and be reimbursed with the correct one. I called during the Graduation season to make the arrangements, however my calls where no longer answered, whatsapp text ignored. Up until this date, I have not been assisted.
