Would not recommend BA Transferals.

First time we used them, we had no issues. Now the second time we wanted to use them I made my booking on the 18th of November 2024 for the 24th of December 2024. I got a message from Billy’s assistant Zoe for the booking confirmation. Today they messaged me saying they “forgot to book me”. After many hours of empty promises from them I decided to get another trusted company as we have no other choice but to move on the 24th of December. I told them to cancel and requested a refund. Then only after I cancelled they told me they got a truck so I said no thank you I cancelled. So long story short. He threatened me with court because I asked for a refund as they have failed to keep promises, told me he’s “tired of me” and got really mean.

He now says he will pay me back weekly. Will see if he can keep that promises.

Was happy with them but now not anymore. I’m very disappointed with them.
