Worst moving/relocating experience ever!!!!

Please don't use them! Billy is very good to say exactly what you want to hear. He will deliver boxes before the move, he ordered clothing boxes, he will send people to help before the big move. Non of this happened!!! Nothing came true and he did not pitch on the day that we were suppose to move. Had all sorts of excuses. I had to find another company on the same day to assist with the move. We had to be out of our house. It was very stressful and cost a lot of extra money. Stay away from BA Transferals and Billy. Even his office in Paarl is closed or the board is just taken down. This was December 2024. I still cant believe that a human being can do this to other people.
