WON'T GIVE ME MY REFUND

I booked 6 months in advance for February move, paid half of the deposit as I was asked to do, then I was phoned and asked to pay extra R5 000 so they can book van for delivery of my cats and vehicle. I did that. A month later, I had to cancel as I cannot move and asked my deposit back, R15 000. I was told the van and trailer was paid and I will only get quarter of the first R10 000. That is nonsense. He has more than enough time to get new bookings and cancel trailer and van. Its not as if cancel a week before he must move my stuff. I get promises he will get back to me, but that is not happening. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way I am treated and the way he is ****ming me. I thought a family business is the way to go, don't make the same mistake
