People I could not express enough of the absolutely bad experience I had with the uneducated company.. I booked my move for a vehicle only on Monday 28th April for collection on Friday 2nd May in Pretoria at 8h00 and then it will be delivered on Saturday afternoon in Cape Town. I made payment of 50% deposit and send this through after I was asked to make this an immediate payment which I did. I asked got my booking confirmation which was promised late afternoon or early Tuesday morning 29 May..which I then received.. Then Friday morning 8:13 I checked in and ask that they should let me know as I am at work and need to open for then...then all the voice notes started with all the excuses...needles to say promis after promis after promise was made times were confirmed and changed I had to follow up the whole time...Needles to say it is 7th May and my sons car is still in Pretoria ... the excuses and lies this Billy Lightfoot is making is unreal...I still await after my deposit was send immediately to them for the full deposit which was paid to me in bits and pieces not settled in full yet...you are told I will pay you this morning if I ask at 14h00 in the afternoon where is my money...I get " I will pay you" .. he is the biggest bull****ter and lier that I have ever dealt with in my whole life...If you want a service delivered DO NOT USE BA TRANSFERALS..you will be disappointed I promise you...He is NOT to be trusted at all...I cannot belief with all the bad reviews that this guy still gets to be in bussiness
