Complain: BA Transferals

I hope this message finds you well. I used BA Transferals to transport my furniture from George to Gauteng, and upon arrival, I discovered that my couch was damaged. I immediately contacted Billy while the team was offloading my belongings, and he assured me that a claim would be filed since I had paid for insurance.

However, it has now been 18 working days, and I have yet to receive any response from Billy. He has been ignoring my messages, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution regarding this issue.

Additionally, after paying my deposit, I checked the reviews for BA Transferals and noticed several negative comments about Billy. When I addressed this with him, he assured me that those reviews were misleading and the result of jealousy, which has only added to my concerns.

Given my experience, I strongly urge others to reconsider using BA Transferals for their moving needs. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.
