I think the service is better if you're in Capetown coz it looks like that's where they're based other than than if else where you must be willing to wait forever and be ready for all the risks. You get your things very late without any update, you'll be the one forever after them, they are not professional and even if you have paid you may not get your things if the other boss do not pay them. It's like they make deals with someone else when delivering your things so even if you have paid they will tell you they know nothing about payments and are waiting for that person to pay them in order for them to offload your stuff.
