Bad

My experience with this company was horrible. I saw all these adds on Facebook of a moving company called Country wide SA. I was immediately interested considering my husband got a job in welkom and we needed to move over the December holidays. My husband got a qoute and booked the 21ste of Dec we payed a deposit of R6500 +-. A week before Billy asked us to pay the rest of the amount due, we said no and that we will pay closer to the date. The 20 of December came and we payed another R6500, later I the afternoon the driver of the truck called to tell us he will not be on time come the 21ste of December. We called billy to ask about this because we have a tight schedule to work with and he needed to be on time. Billy told us not to worry he will be there. After that the excuses started. Next morning on moving day 7 o'clock we get an update that our truck broke down and he will get us a truck the next day at 6 o'clock. Next day comes 6 o'clock arrives we here nothing from Billy or his driver. We call and text Billy to get answers.He eventually answers us and says he will get someone to move us at 12 o'clock, time moves on and still nothing. I start to panic because I need to move with my 8 month old baby and I am currently pregnant.My husband decides to ask for our money back and he tells us that the accounts are closed on Sunday but he will check Monday moring. Needless to say it's the 26 Dec I am out R13000 billy keeps making endless promises of giving our money back But during this time I did some research to find out he has cases of theft against him, lawsuit e.g. He also has another company with a bad name called BA Transferrals I'm am very angry at this behavior. I told him that I have a child to take care of and if he could atleast give me have back but nothing. He is a cruel human being with no sympathy. I hope this finds the right people to not fall for the ads on Facebook. Do not use BA transferals or country wide SA. I have learned my lesson and next time I will do better research but as for now I feel I need to warn others not to fall for the same **** like I did. A first and hopefully a last.
