AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid BA Transferrals at ALL COSTS! Started off with a very customer orientated and impressive looking service with Billy communicating well! Alarm bells should have rung when weeks prior to move just after paying deposit, I was asked if I would mind paying the balance "as they had an issue with another client not paying". Fast forward and we are asked to accommodate them by moving a day earlier, we change our plans around. Truck which was supposed to arrive at 8am "Broke down" and replacement truck only arrives after 2pm. I get told that i am being unreasonable in my requests due to the fact that i am looking for answers and timelines, Billy is not in communication instead handing the task over to his office assistant. Truck arrives despite being told they will wrap items the team has limited bubble wrap which can only do a few items. I lend them blankets (Which they end up not returning). Our agent opens up at new house to meet team to unload. On arriving and inspecting our furniture which has been damaged in the move, I contact Billy who tells me to email him problems so he can go to his insurance. Now sitting a month later and being given the run around and no replies to messages, except when threatened that my patience is failing and i am going to take things further. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
