Stay away , stay away from this business

I purchased a vehicle from them. The vehicle had a starting problem. Pieter Bouwer agreed to take full responsibility for the problem. Their mechanic could not fix it. I took it for diagnostics and paid for the repair. They refused to pay me back. Furthermore they somehow managed to get R 5000 extra from the bank over my loan ammount.and refused to repay that. I went to MIOSA and after much fighting they paid me R 5000 back on the R 10 000 they owed me. Gys Pitzer is the owner and takes no responsibility and has to date not contacted me regardless of my many emails to him. Be very careful if you have to buy something from them. They write their invoices like statements and that causes confusion so the amount you see is actually not the amount . The real amount is hidden in a column in the middle of your invoice.<br> Be very careful of this business and based on my lack of communication with Gys Pitzer I strongly suggest that you all avoid Gys Pitzer motors as well. Same owner. Record every call. Spend a day with them checking every word on your contract. Check the document they call a tax invoice. Do not leave without copies of every document. RATHER STAY AWAY!!!!!!
