Worst Service

I am by far disgusted with the service I have received from this establishment, every single month they take money from your bank account but when it is time to assist due to an unexpected death in the family they give you the run around,<br> <br> we had to bury the deceased with our own money because these people went MIA, <br> <br> these particular individuals have assisted me with nothing but headaches<br> -Ema<br> -Cynthia<br> but this so called manager(Itu) is the worst, she lies, makes empty promises, she never calls back,<br> I urge people not to use this establishment, I am also taking this up with my lawyers
