I have a policy with B3 underwritten by clientele for a 30 000 cover where after filing a claim they paid 20460 instead. This has happened for the second time, earlier this year my brother passed away and I filed for a claim of the same cover and they paid 21000. Please help, I don’t know why they do this

B3 is a non-mandatory broker and does not have the mandate to pay claims. All the claim payouts are paid by the underwriters. Today Clientele was informed about your complaint that was logged yesterday morning.
