Tent missing

Hi

I had a great service from B3 funeral but only one thing that spoiled their great service that is the Tent service provider. I hired another tent similar to their's for my Mom's funeral it happened that we used side tent from the guys we hired the tent from and placed it on the B3 tent unaware instead of them letting us know that the side of the tent does not belong to them these guys stole it and now when I call the manager from Tladi branch she referring me to another guy who I don't now I have an unexpected debt after I am grieving from my mom's passing I now have to deal with this expense. I am very disappointed with their dishonesty instead of holding these guys to account I have to replace that side tent.
