REVERSE your money at the bank, and ask the consultant to BLOCK them

I had the same problem with B3 funerals, debiting my account with an amount not agreed upon, with no warning, no consultations, NOTHING!! I tried to get hold them with no luck _ phones ringing off the hook, I sent and email with no responses _ YOU KNOW WHAT DID? I went to the bank, and reversed all my money and asked the consultant to BLOCK them from debiting my account.
