My mother had been ********** by B3, paying for a policy for a very long time. The funeral policy was for my grandparents, who had passed away in March and April of 2018. After their passing, the policy was still paid by my mother, of which B3 did not advise that she was still paying for her deceased parents.
How can a business not explain to their client that she was still paying for the people who have already passed away and for the past 3 years she was still paying for them? An email was sent with all the mandatory documents to prove that she was still paying the required amount before her passing. So the whole thing boils down to this business's failure to notify the client about the continued payments for deceased parents, which led to a three-year oversight. It was only when an email containing crucial documents showcasing the payments before their passing was sent that the truth came to light. This situation highlights the importance of transparent communication between businesses and clients, as any misconduct in handling such sensitive matters can have significant repercussions. In essence, it underscores the critical need for companies to uphold ethical practices and ensure clarity in all their dealings, especially when it comes to matters as delicate as honoring payments for deceased loved ones.
