Poorly services

B3 is the worst funeral policy insurance, I have a policy with them and when I signed or took the policy it was said that it is a fixed premium and it doesn't increase. Suddenly now their premium has increased and the cover decreased and they didn't inform me about it. I called them about the matter even to date it is not resolved and I sent them email to cancel the contract with them but to my suprises they still debit even today. I'm frustrated and bored by their services.
