POOR SERVICE

I wanted a group policy however individual policy was opened. I have not received any documentation and now I receive a message that 2 policies will lapse but other payments are being deducted from my account every month.. I must say the service is extremely poor, I requested a callback and been trying to call but always being told someone will call me but nothing. I AM SO FRUSTRATED.
