Policy payout problem

B3 keeps sending me from pillar to post when I try to claim for my mother. It has been over a month and I still have not received any assistance. They keep telling me that they've changed the company that underwriters their insurance but they are making no means to ensure that my pay out made. It should not take 6 weeks to process a claim!
