Policy not paid after 48 hrs

Highly disappointed with the service.Claimed for a policy on Wednesday 10 April for my mother's furneral.I was told the payout will be in 48 hrs.Today is Tuesday 16 April.The claim is still not paid and I am the one doing follow ups, using my resources. They always they will call me back and never call back.Even now no one's has an explanation as to why the policy is not paid. My mother was buried on Saturday.I have been paying this policy for over 10 years.I will be cancelling the remaining policy since it is useless to have 1 with B3.
