Pathetic service from B3 funerals

Second time experiencing such bad service with B3 its always a hassle to get payment. I would like to terminate my existing policy as It's really not a pleasure dealing with you guys. My granny is buried on credit while I have a policy secured. I'm currently tied in debt still waiting on my policy to paid out. Ppl I owe is starting to believe I'm taking them for granted all because of your service. I need my policy to be paid as In yesterday this Is unacceptable. Claim was made 1 December 14 days later I'm still waiting.
