None Payment of policy at B3 Funeral : Policy No :SOSO 00061

Good Day Sir or Madam Kindly assist with regards with the funeral payout .Note application made on 07 December 2021 for my late mother Mrs NG Mdakane policy no Policy no SOSO 00061. All the payment of the policy done via stop order . No feedback from B3 till today . I send email to complaint department without any lucky, what surprise is that the premium for December has been paid but fail to make payout .
