No value for money,poor service

<p>I chose the most expensive package at B3 to bury my daughter which comprises of family cars and a he****.To my suprise,they only send two cars and the other one they just bent the seat to make a he**** and as the front passenger,i had to bent my knees all the way to the cemetry and it was so uncomfortable given the package that i paid for.They also made empty promises contrary to the contract signed e.g pocket flowers were not delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>At one stage i threatened to pull out because they still use outdated style especially at the cemetry so i made quotation with their competitors and only to find that their prices are very high hence the poor service.i lodged my complain at polokwane branch ,i was told the head office branch doesnt wanna give them a go ahead.</p>
