NO PAYOUT ON DEATH CLAIM FOR OVER 7 MONTHS

My husband passed away during October 2021. I have a life policy with Clientele. I have been waiting since then for the funds to pay out. I have been promised various dates for payment, but nothing was received. No one is willing to assist me, and I am sent from pillar to posts, without any answers. After hiring an Attorney, I was told that the funds would be in my account on 30 April 2022, needless to say, still no payout.
