LAPSED POLICY BUT NO MISSED PREMIUMS

I received a message that my policy of 4 years has lapsed...I've never missed a single premium n what annoys me is that you call customer service n no one picks up n no response on email. B3 has been changing underwriters n condition like crazy so I sense some sort of instability
