Lapsed policy

I’ve joined B3 funerals for 15 years since 2003 and I’ve been paying my funeral premiums on time.Ive never claimed with them and Im a pensioner and they cannot assist me with anything after my policy has lapsed with one month premium not paid.p Please kindly assist me on this matter *** or ***
