Increased Premium and reduced cover amount

I took a policy on 01 October 2020 and the monthly premium was R420 with the cover of R30 000 per person. I was shocked to learn that in March 2022 my premium was increased from R420 to R567.00 and the cover was decreased from R30 000 to R24 000. This is really pathetic and unacceptable that B3 would increase the premium and decrease the cover amount. On numerous occasions I have tried to engage the Manager from Benoni office without success. If I could rate them anything below zero I would gladly do so. Ombudsman needs to intervene on this matter, it cannot be correct that B3 would ridiculously increased the premium and decreased the cover.
