The rate in which contact details and email addresses change for this business is concerning.

I sent through a request in 2021 to have my policy updated and my son added to my policy, only to my surprise in 2025 that none of that has been actioned and to be told that the email addresses I previously used are not in use.

If it's not this, then its the consultants not picking up my policy. What is next?

This is totally unacceptable to say the least.
