I was violated

I hve been a gud client to them since 2009 we had an agreement that when someone pass on I dont need money from them I only need them to bury dat person .when my father died on 2016/11/17 I went to their nelspruit branch is where I was told certain company underwrite them I will be given money it was R30,000 and I was told that if I want to bury my father with casket coffin I must top up 20,000 they ****ed me off course it's not what we agreed on 2009 dis ppl re reaping us off .What hurt me most is dat after we did not reach de agreement I was charged for storage an dead certificate
