Horrible Service

They cancelled my policy, when I try to contact them there is no reply, I have sent numerous emails, I have tried their office landline no reply, they should abandon the Batho Ubuntu slogan they are a disgrace and embarassment, rather they refund me my premiums of over 10 years.
