Good Work B3

Last week was the funeral of my late father and B3 made life so easy as I had not lost someone so close to me before and did not know the processes. I met Vusi first who explained to me the process at B3 Benoni and came to collect the body from the government mortuary. They processed all the papers for me and Peter Mabothoanyane helped us with the cover and explained everything so well and arranged for the body to go to Groblersdal where I met Motsoaledi Mphatlane who gave us a second consultation and who helped me transfer the body to Magnet Heights and I met Trezzy who was also very helpful. On the day of the Funeral the Polokwane branched worked as well, they were super efficient and very helpful and Professional. They delivered everything on time just as promised. Thank you so much guys for making such a difficult time go so smooth. You are the epitome of professionalism.
