B3 treatment is very unacceptable and **********. They decreased my covers and increased my monthly premiums.....how do they amend my policy profile without my consent and mt signature.......how do get into my bank account without my person for extra money that I didn't sign for .....this is ***** I want the policies that I signed for.....because they said our policies are secured 1st policy was R75 000 then reduced to R30 000 took it in 2019

2nd policy was R100 000 cover this one they never sent the reduced cover amount but the premium increased Always when I call to get clarity they my id number n contact number they say will come back to me but they don't...it been two months already.....sometimes they don't answer their phones at all
