Extremely Appalling Service

Our claim was submitted on the 02 June 2021 and upon follow up we were told it was approved on the 03 June 2021 according to the notes on their system. Here we are on the 09 June 2021 the claim is still not paid. We are told the underwriter will pay but we dont know by when. so now we wait
