Double debits and unauthorized access.

I would like to complain about B3 as since they are underwritten by Clientele Life they are full of nonsense as they do as they please in my account with their double debits which we didn't agree on. Last month they had the decency of debiting my account twice one for B3 and one for Clientele Life and this month they double debit my account which I didn't agree on. I didn't authorize that payment and they didn't call to arrange for that debit. Their Call Centre is just useless they don't answer your calls and they don't respond to emails. Their partnership with Clientele will be their downfall. They will lose clients because of Clientele.
