disappointed

I took a policy 2024 November to cover me my husband and kids , the person who was helping took their id numbers and told me I will pay R234. Yesterday I decided to check my documents to check if everything is in order . I am so shocked that I find out that am the only one covered on that policy and my husband is just a beneficiary to do the claim should I die ,what about my kids and my husband ? Why did she take my kids and my husband id number and not add them? that’s falls selling .

Am so disappointed , is almost a year now Paying a cover thinking my family is covered ,people are pushing sales in s wrong way . Now they are telling me that I need to take a new cover wish is a family cover and there is a waiting period on that policy .that policy will be R169

Why was I added alone and pay lots of money.

I need all my money I paid since November, or my family should be added to my policy without a waiting period and premium adjusted sap.
