Death claim

Good Day

My father was an employee of B3, he passed away 2 years ago. We went to their offices with my sisters, we filled in forms and submitted our documents till this day there hasn't been any communication, no payout. We spoke to the underwriter Alexander Forbes which confirmed a claim was made but we still haven't received anything. Mmalucy in their HR department was assisting us but stopped communicating. I'm very much disappointed in their service especially as my father was their employee
