Claim not being paid
W made a claim 2weeks ago with a lady called Cythia Mahlangu ...wn w do a follow up Cythia does not respond .w diceded to go to a local branch, thy told us thy still doing invistigation ...to my suprise what invistigation? In their contract its stated clearly that thy pay with in 48 hours ...please find out whts going on with b3 funerals im going crazy as i need to pay funeral cost .
