Claim fund

Good day Please help me my name is Zinhle I made a claim at B3 funerals Monday and they told me the funds will be deposited into my account within 48hours I had to borrow money to burry the father of my kids cause didn't receive anything and what frustrates the most there's no communication I went there today as in Saturday the 29th January to ask what's happening or how far is the claim no one is willing to help no one knows anything when you go there it's like you crazy or don't know what you talk about you are a laughing stock please need your help my email it's ***. One last thing I was assisted by the a lady called Pinky from claims and the name of the manager they said it's Nomonde who is nowhere to be find and you will call B3 they do not pick up their calls.
