Claim

I’m Baji Shoai. I submitted all necessary documents on the 05 of July 2021 to Mafikeng branch (North-west province) I called to confirm . Then after a day I made a follow up the lady said everything is perfect. I waited for four days then I called Mr Matsepe I think he’s the manager he did not pick up my call nor WhatsApp text.

And again on the 12 of July I made a follow up with the lady who I have submitted my documents she did not respond. And I tried Mr Matsepe via WhatsApp/ call/ sms again on the 19th he didn’t respond. Then I called the branch on the very same day. I spoke to one the employee then she checked on the system only to find out no claim has been made. They did not give any reason why my claim was not sent to the head office. The lady managed to submit my claim documents on the 19th July. Only received an sms yesterday saying my claim has been processed. I also send email to ***, no response.
