car hire benefit

mod month april I made a funeral claim with B3 and I never received all my benefit I only receive funds and airtime and car hire for 3days I'm still waiting for it. I have been calling them every week with no proper feedback last time I spoke it was on the 4th of june and they said they are still busy with my claim will get a call within 2 hours even today I haven't received anything
