Black person tormented by funeral policy

I have been paying my policy for the past 20 years, they decided to join with clientele without consenting with me. Policies keep increasing I do not even know how much is my monthly plan and covered for how much. I tried to follow up with them I am given the run around. Clientele is also not assisting they are happy getting money. I called to explain so both these companies blame each other I am not given the service needed yet money is paid. So I must first wait for any of my loved ones to die and find out I probably don't have a policy with either. Because at this moment I have no contract
