BATHO BATSHO BA KOPANE YA NONSENSE!!!

The MOST HORRIBLE Funeral company I have ever seen. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! IT IS ****!! Batho Batsho ba Bakopane YA NONSENSE!!!

They are quick to increase the premiums, when you have to query they are not available!! They have debited an over and above amount that is not even on the policy schedule, without any warning or communication. I was meant to pat R750, they debited R1 012,50. I tried to get hold of them for 2 days to query the debit order, I went bank and reversed all that money. You hold the phone until it hangs up. Batho Batsho ba Bakopane YA NONSENSE!!!

I will be writing to the ombudsman as well, trust me!!
