Bad treatment

I needed BI1663 of the late Modise Sydney Theletsane who was buried in 2006 by B3 in Benoni I sent my son for that document (BI1663) he came to tell me that B3 told him they don't have the document all the old documents have been sent to Pretoria and they don't what happens after that
